Dave Walter the owner of APC was professional, knowledgeable and specific as to how and why they do what they do. He explained from start to finish how the job would be done. He was very patient with all of the questions we had seeing our past experiences with other companies weren't great. They were very clear from the beginning as to the time line given how busy they were. The target date we were given was June and they were spot on.
The team showed up on time and were professional, polite and again answered any questions we had. Having owned a pool for over 30 years and had repair and updating work done numerous times, never have we witnessed this quality of workmanship. Roman was a true professional and takes enormous pride in his work. After the initial tile installation, the following day Roman noticed one area that was not to his satisfaction and removed it and reinstalled so it all looked perfect! Who does that?? The finished product was simply outstanding. Our pool has never looked so good. Dave also let us know that if we had any concerns to not hesitate to let them know. APC cares about their work and job they do.
Lastly, Jan in the office was terrific as well answering any questions we had and helping with all payments. She also provided us with all of the contract information and all updated paper work.
